Frequently asked questions
Yes you can. Before buying, please note that all items are used (unless stated as brand new with tags in the description) and some minor wear and tear is to be expected. However, most of our items are in excellent used condition. Where there is any defect like bobbling, it will be stated in the description. If you are unsure, do contact us to ask any questions you have about the item.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at contact@ar3x.net to inform us about the return. You will need to post the item back to us (we recommend tracked mail to ensure it does not get lost) and we will charge you a postage fee of £5 for posting out your replacement.
If the item received is damaged in any way during transit, please contact us with photographic evidence.
All sizes for the items can be found on our sizing page. We also include our expert opinion on each item (worn by our UK based mamas) based on UK sizing. Do contact us at contact@ar3x.net if you have any queries about this
Yes you can if it does not fit right! This is dependent if we have the size of the item exchange you want in stock. Please email us at contact@ar3x.net to discuss. We will need to charge you a postage fee of £3.50 to send out the replacement.
At Elegant Expectations, we strive to ship out all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but typical delivery times range from 3-7 business days within mainland UK. We use Collect Plus/Evri or Royal Mail as our shipping partners.
Express shipping to mainland UK is via Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery.
Shipping to Northern Ireland takes longer than normal, and is sent via Royal Mail.
Please note that these are indicative times, and we are not able to change the delivery timings once the item has been posted. Any delay from the delivery/courier service is also beyond our control.
